Low-side Intelligent Power Switches, AUIPS2051L and AUIPS2052G

The AUIPS2051L and AUIPS2052G are 75V low-side intelligent power switches that feature integrated protection from over-temperature, over-current and protection for the device itself. The AUIPS2052G is a dual channel device while the AUIPS2051L is a single channel device.  The AUIPS205x family is capable of operating repetitively under short circuit conditions for extended periods for greater reliability.
